Steven was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable about the local market, and flexible when we wanted to schedule home walk-throughs on evenings and weekends. He helped us close on our dream home after only one offer placed (rare in Seattle!). He helped us work directly with the builder and builder's agent and navigate the closing process with constant communication on what to expect.
